- I was
doing too much at once and broke a toe on the stairs the other day.
Any exercise tips? How does aqua jogging work, do you jog on
the bottom, or is it more like treading water? ( I am not much of a
swimmer.) How soon do folks typically get back to running
after a broken toe? It is the end of the third toe if that matters.
